One of the most common responses they make in response to the claim that there is not such thing as a right is that rights are needed to claim justice. Instead of giving up one's self as Jesus has called His followers (Matthew 16:24; Mark 8:34; Luke 14:27), it seeks to attach the self to seeking justice for oneself, under the pretext of seeking to seek justice for others. Even if one did not seek to attach self to seeking justice for others under such a devious, cunning pretext, it is not that any oppressed person has any rights at all, whatsoever. While the follower of Christ has an obligation to plead the cause of the needy and oppressed (Psalm 82:3; Isaiah 1:17; Proverbs 31:9) , it is not ever on the grounds that the genuinely oppressed person has a "right" as no one deserves anything at all, not even the right to exist.
To claim that depriving a person of his or her "rights" is a legitimate grounds for fighting for justice is a compromise with evil. Many in the demonic west think that legalism is only a conservative characteristic, one that only Christians possess. No! Legalism is of the human heart itself which seeks only its own interests, and also happy to support that of others, as long as its own interests in not interfered with. Anyone who wants to accuse the Christian of being legalistic, but yet claim to believe in "rights" must look at himself, and ask himself whether he is willing to accept that he should give up his "rights" and "interests", but rather act in a kind, loving manner, not just merely "respectful" towards others, but one that is truly in the manner of selfless love. If not, he should just shut him mouth, and be shamed for his hypocrisy.

Many will go to Hell. Many of these people will go to Hell on the basis of believing in the doctrine of "rights", many of whom would be human "rights" campaigners, or anyone who campaigns for any kind of "rights".
The Bible contained many exhortations to plead the cause of the needy and oppressed:
Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow (Isaiah 1:17);
The righteous considereth the cause of the poor: but the wicked regardeth not to know it (Proverbs 29:7);
Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy (Proverbs 31:8-9); and
Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy (Psalm 82:3).
Do any of these verses speak about "rights"? No.
You may say that in some translations, the modern ones that is, Proverbs 29:7 uses the word "rights" of the poor. This is a misuse of the word 'right'. The Hebrew word for 'considers' is 'yada' which means to know or understand, as opposed to have no understanding of the plight of the poor. Proverbs 29:7 does in no way imply that the poor are entitled to any riches or basic earthly needs. This is an misinterpretation, ripe for the heresy of the suffering "gospel", or social "gospel". Rather, it is that the poor are treated unjustly that the righteous have regard for their need for righteousness is shown by genuinely helping the poor.
In fact, it is Bible verses which command the believer to help the poor that have been interpreted as such that have given rise to various forms of the suffering "gospel" or social "gospel"; that the needy and oppressed have "rights", all hardships they face are entirely because of all the things that others do, and that whenever such people do evil, it is not because of their wicked human heart (Jeremiah 17:9), but because of others. It is absolutely true that the Christian must help the poor, needy and oppressed for "whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?" (1 John 3:17). However, the true sound Biblical basis for seeking to help the poor, needy and oppressed is not because they have "rights" for they also deserve the eternal Damnation in Hell as much as all others, whether rich or poor.
